We are upgrading some Pega 6.1 applications to 8.3.1(compliance level 2). We are exploring options for work type to case type conversion for existing processes. We have huge number of in-flight workobjects in Production. Hence we are looking for your advice on -

1) Best approach to convert work types to case types

2) How to handle in-flight cases in production

3) How to reuse existing flows in Case Type as stages/sub process without impacting in-flight work

4) Your suggestion on whether or not Case Type conversion can be done as part of Pega Upgrade
