Work party index records are deleting
Hi,
I add new party to my cases. I'm using addWorkObjectParty activity. After saving the parties , i'm checking the paf_index_party table in databese and I see the records but for one case type , after 5 or 10 second later records are deleted.
In this case type , after save the parties my main case is creating sub case and waiting to finish the sub case. While the main case is waiting mode, it is loosing parties. If i resolve the case manualy , the records are returning.
Is there any agent for deleting party index records?

Hi,
There is no error in Pega, it was our mistake. We have a SLA in assignment step, after 5 second later SLA is executing
and it is deleting work page. When we delete the workpage , pega is deleting work party index automatically.

When the main case is waiting, open the work object and use the Clipboard to view the pyWorkPage data. You can right-click pyWorkPage and choose 'Show XML'. Do you see your work parties in pyWorkPage.pyWorkParty? Do you also see a pzIndexes property on the pyWorkParty page? How does this compare with what you see on the Clipboard after you initially saved the work parties and saw the indexes generated?
You could also try tracing with the Declare Index option.

I checked the pyWorkParty and pxIndexes in clipboard , they have data. And i compare the pyWorkParty page , there is some difference but they are not related with the party.
How can I trace the declare index. It is using FinWorkParties declare index

In the Tracer settings, select the Declare Index event type and make sure the ruleset for that declare index is selected in the Tracer settings as well.

I can trace the Declare Index while the case open. Is it possible to trace the declare index while it is deleting records

You could enable debug logging on the com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.access.Indexer class and check the logs. It would be best to do this in an environment where you do not have much activity or when you can limit the timeframe so you don't end up with an abundance of log messages.
