Windows Command prompt automation

Hi,

I wanted to send a series of command to an existing windows command prompt. How do I start with it. Any help or suggestion would appreciate.

When the application you are interrogating is not the application you are referencing in the path property, there are two ways to handle it.

  • Set the StartMethod to StartandWait and set the TargetPath to the path of the executable you are wanting to interrogate
  • Set HookChildProcesses to True - this will only work if the main process continues to run

Generally, when you are using a command file to start an application you should use StartandWait.
