Why is GetNext button in CaseWorker Portal not showing?
In our application we assign an assignment to a workbasket. The operator who should execute gets Caseworker Portal by default via his accessgroup.
When the operator logs in he gets the Caseworker Portal indeed, and no work in "My Work" which is correct in my opinion, cause the assignement is in the workbasket of de workgroup.
But there is no "Get Next- button to get the next assignment from the workbasket into his worklist.
What did we do wrong?

Hi Martin,
I have checked even in previous versions and i can see that by default GetNextWork button is present only in Case Manager portal. So as Marc suggested you can add the GetNextWork button in the Case Worker portal as they are available to be modified.

Hello,
I don't see any "GetNext" button either. You are talking about pyCaseWorker portal right? Nothing customize here?
Why were you expecting such button there?

Yes I am talking about pyCaseWorker indeed.
I do expect that button because the caseworker is not expected to pick his work by himself...
And the pyCaseManager does have it! Why not the Caseworker?

I do not no the exact reason but why don't you just add it. It is just about adding a button really:
