While writing the file using Map Structured Rule, How do I write the next record in the new line?

Hi ,

I am writing the file using Map Structured Rule. I also want to write next record in the new line. What is the solution for that.

I tried to use +"\n" in the parametere step while calling connect file. but it did not work

please suggest

Hi Aprit,

can you try "\r\n" at the place where you are using "\n"

We have used "\r\n" and next record is written on the new line.

I have the same issue, I have to go to next line after 500 bytes, if I put + "\n\r" it being considered as text and continued in the text file. Please let me now if you found any work arounds for this.
