which properties and which page holds the Default submit and cancel button values
i am usig one local action there one popup sectio appears with defaut button submit and cancel which two properties holds these two values. for that i can write some condition.

pzModalTemplate section contains this buttons.
you can customize this section by making a save as and mention that in the local action.

The local action to you open in the modal can also be used to override these values
In the "Action Tab" of the local action , under Action buttons, check the "Customize the action section labels"
