Where it would be better to store Operators extra information ?

Hi Team,

In our project we want to store and persist for each operator the list of the users that reports to him (directly or not).

I developed a data page providing this list, and I am wondering where it could be better to store such information ?

The idea is also to schedule an activity that run the data page and store these lists for all operators periodically once a week or month in order to keep it up to date.

Any idea ?

Hi Ahmed,
Greetings!!

Each operator has a property pyreportTo where operator ID of the Operator that he is reporting to is already stored.

If you want to store this somewhere else in a list then you can use Data Type to store this in a place and update it periodically as required.
