Where to find the Pega 7 system URL

Hello Team,

Currently i'm learning the course Pega 7 fundamentals.

There is a scenario where a case has to be created by logging into pega 7 system.

Can you please guide me where to find the URL ?

I tried to install the package but however I'm getting the below error.PFB error

error : There is no script engine available to execution ".vbs"

I've downloaded the personal edition from the above link.

But it is for 8.4.0. IS there a link available for 7.1 or 7.2.
