When we configure a Job Scheduler with Runs on " all associated nodes", will it process same records multiple times ?

We are in the process of changing existing Agents to Job Schedulers

Agents does not have "Run this agent on only one node at a time" checked

So, if we select Job Scheduler runs on "all associated nodes" , will it process same records multiple times
