When does data flow/Data set commit to database

Hi

I have a data flow which has several database datasets as destination.

1. When does a data set commit the data, is it as soon as it receives the data

2. When does a data flow commit the entire transaction. Is it done at an individual datasets/destinations

3. If any destination flow breaks, can we rollback the entire data flow destination operations
