When can I give retest for CSA 7.4 ?

Today I attempted CSA 7.4 exam and got 68 percent (failed). It is surprising how there is no practice exams for both 7.3 and 7.4, yet the passing requirement has been increased to 70%.

What can I do now ? If retest is the only option left when can I give retest ?
