What will happen if the urgency requirement exceeds 100.
in SLA,
If initial urgency is 10, goal is 20, deadline is 30 then the passed deadline is 30 and the passed deadline has to repeat 5times.
Afterthe first passed dead line the urgency is 90, then the urgency has to increased by 30 for 2nd passed deadline but we have the limitation for the urgency is 100, What will hapens at 2nd & 3rd passed dead line until 5th passed dead line ?

Urgency never exceeds 100, even if the SLA raises it beyond that.
Have a look at the Declare Expression .pxUrgencyAssign, which explains a lot: @min(100,@max(0, .pxUrgencyWork + .pxUrgencyAssignSLA + .pyUrgencyAssignAdjust))
Here you can can see that the urgency is clipped to the range [0..100].

Thanks for your explanation i understand urgency will not increment, but it will send the notifications in the sence it will complete the events?, if it will complete the events how many time passed deadline will exicutes or how many times it will send notifications?

The SLA rule specifies the maximum number of "Passed Deadline" executions are performed. If sending a notification is one of the actions configured for Passed Deadline, it will be done even if the urgency is already 100.
