What is a "translator request"?
I am facing the same problem with an application from the client that we want to automate. I can only identify some button bars, but I cannot drill down to the button itself. Is there a way to workaround this? Or maybe I am missing some other way to identify the elements. The application that I am trying to interrogate is built on Visual Basic. I tried with the bullseye, and also via the Windows Tab, but I can only find the bars, never the individual buttons.
Any ideas?

There is actually not an official “translator request”; however, a new SR - Serivce request with Pega (https://msp.pega.com/) can be opened. Explain the issue with interrogation and ask if this could be translator (how Openspan hooks in and talks to applications) related.

I was able to click the button because there was a keyboard shortcut, so my requirement was covered. Either way, I was not able to interrogate the button itself.
