What is a TICKET in PEGA and what for we use it ?
We have an feature like Ticket in PEGA, can you help me out from understanding the Ticket concept, better if it is with a pic.

Hello,
I would say the TICKET in pega is like a GOTO or a JUMPTO. When you set a TICKET, you are actually asking the system to go somewhere else within your flows or your processes.

Tickets are used to Jump to different assignment shapes or steps based on the Ticket value to get the desired output.
Its just like a GOTo statement in Javascript.
