Does Ticket fuctionality work in Pega 7

I have an assignment in my main flow where i have a button to run activity SetTicket, also optional flow action SetTicket is included.

No jump in flow is observed after running the SetTicket activity/Flowaction, the ticket is configured on the end shape of the same main flow.

HI DilipanV9591,

I followed your use case and created an example on my Pega 7.2.1 system. I saw the SetTicket activity/Flow action was called and the ticket configured on the end shape was invoked too. See attached screenshot. 

Which Pega 7 release your example is on? Can you provide more detailed information? Tracer log?
