what is the standard method to calculate Pega Licence usage?
Dont find any standard document anywhere to calculate the licencing information .
We believe that the way we are calculating the licensing information is not correct, so wanted to know the standard pocess to calculate the licencing information.

Contact Pega Global Customer support and ask for licence.txt file specific to your client, if you don't have the file already.
