Pega Robotic Studio Licence

Hi

Could someone give the info for licensed pega robotic studio. Example if we are existing client to pega with purchased runtime licenses and have option to raise SR. Now if we want Robotics Studio for development team, is this cost for SR download request of free. If it is cost will the single studio installer can be used to install in many PC. Please help with info
