Hey Rasaiya,
This sort of question may not be suitable for a public forum; if this has in fact occurred, I'd recommend opening a support request.

I have one solution in mind.

Hopefully you have a database backup in that case ask your DBA to restore to the healthy state.

The title mentioned that all access groups were gone, but your question on the first reply seemed to be in the singular.
If in fact you've got any access groups showing on your db, you could use db directives to modify the record of the unusable operator record such that it refers to an existing access group.
If you don't have any access groups on your db but you've got a zip file whose purpose was for upgrading or updating, and that zip contains any access groups, you could use the prpcutils.bat to import the access groups, and then use db directives to refer an operator record to one of those. Or, if the zip file contains any usable operator id's and their access groups, you may not even need any db directives after the prpcutils.bat import operation. /Eric

Yeah we can import the operator record using prpc utils.sh, I did not understand about db directives.

Hi Rasaiya,
I agree to what Eric and Kavin suggested. Other than that use [email protected] log in can be another option. This is one such operator id which you cant change or modify .Once you log in with this id, perform the steps required to recover a deleted rule. Is it that while installing I can configure their password?

Hi Rasaiya,
With regards to a list of the default Operators, the answers given in the followings thread may be of help to you:
With regards to changing the passwords for these operators, I'm not aware of an easy way to change the password for all of them at once. For most operators, you can change the password directly on the Operator ID ruleform or by taking the following steps:
1. Log in as the target operator.
2. From the Operator ID Menu (labeled with the current operator's name), select "Profile".
3. Click the "Change Password" button on the resulting popup and follow the on screen instructions to change the password.
There are some operators that you cannot change the password via the Operator ID ruleform, and you must use the steps I've listed above to change the password. [email protected] is one such operator.
Hope this helps!
