After 7.1.9 there were the following public releases

7.2
7.2.1
7.2.2
7.3
7.3.1
7.4
8.1.x
8.2.x
8.3.x

The Pega 8 series is very different in the sense that we provide a much more rapid and frequent patch releases for each major/minor release. (Also the reason why I left it generic with the .x)
