Websphere Liberty Support for Linux

Hi,

We are planning for upgrade from 7.22 to 8.1 and we are also considering choosing wbesphere liberty version as it's more resource optimized. However, as per platform support guide, Decision Strategy Manager (DSM) supports all the platforms supported by Pega Platform – except for WebSphere “classic” on z/OS or WebSphere Liberty on z/OS. Do we think the same problem would be there for Linux as well?

No, unless otherwise noted in the guide Linux should be fine.  z/OS is unusual for a lot of reasons, being made for IBM mainframes.  DSM supports Linux just like Pega Platform.
