Could you please clarify on the business requirement? Do you intend to use minimize and maximize window feature or are looking for zoom-in and zoom-out feature? 

Do share a screenshot and mention Pega version used at your end.

Hello,

I believe the use-case is about modal dialog? Modal dialog's intention is "Users cannot continue with other work until submitting the form or dismissing the modal dialog box".

If you want to have the minimize, you may use a pop-up instead.
