VM box error

I downloaded the VM Box on window using the VM user guide and and I get the attached error when trying to start the VM: Any help would be appreciated.

Try to enable virtualization in your BIOS.

Reboot your computer --> Enter BIOS Setup --> Enable Virtualization --> Reboot and try launching the VM
