Vertical scroll bar is displayed even though screen doesnt have much data on it
Hi ,
We are using PegaCRM 7.31 on Pega 7.3.1. In the CPM Interaction portal, vertical scroll bar is coming across all the screens. Even though screen doesnt have much data on it scroll bar is displayed which is not expected.
Can anyone help on this issue to avoid the scroll bar when there is not much data on the screen?

Hi Sreeram,
I checked the in-house environment but we do not get a vertical scroll bar. Could you check if there is an y-overflow attribute set for the screen using the browser developer tools? If y-overflow is set to auto, this by default show a scrollbar at runtime.

Thanks for the quick response!! Yes overflow attribute is set to auto for both x & Y. But my understanding is when Overflow is set as Auto the scroll bar will be displayed only when the data on the screen is exceeded right ? So what would be your suggestion to resolve this issue?

Please add this code in Userworkform or any Harness level style sheet. It fixes workarea width.

If the style doesn't resolve the issue, we suggest you raise an SR so that we can look where the appropriate changes need to be applied.
