Values are disaapering

HI

any one help me how to solve the below issue. I have written 2 values like 1 and 2 if I added 1 for another and submit and if I reopen the window means the value is disapearing.how to resolve this issue can any one help me.for the reference please find the screenshot

Can you inform or share the screen shots of the configuration. 

like how you are asiigning the values and how the addition is made.
