Using Split for each for approval
I have scenario where i need to take approval from three different managers.
I have a three pagelist where respective pagelist needed to forwarded to respective Manager and take approval from them.
if any of the manger rejectsit is not dependent on other managers such it should move to next step

As MarcLasserre_GCS - using a Split Join shape in the process flow should satisfy your condition. You can take approval from different parties and have afterwards a decision shape to evaluate how the case should progress.
