Using data stored in Pega in external applications

Hi,

Is there a way to use any data, user segments or recommendations from Pega in external apps? Something like sending requests to a Pega API with a user id, getting the data back as the response.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If the OOTB Pega API does not provide what you're looking for, you have the option of creating your own Services in a Service Package and calling those from external systems, using clients.
