User soft locked while loading tab
We have a requirement from customer to allow users to navigate in another tabs after create a new interaction case, while lazy load data from Technical Support tab loads.
But once the lazy load from composite section inside Technical Support tab starts, a soft lock starts as well, and users cannot check information from other tabs until lazy load activity finishes.
We are using cyCompositeSettings data transform and CompositeSection<n> sections from CustomerServiceForComms v8.7 application, running on Pega Platform v8.7.3, to create the tabs.
Is there any approach that we can use to allow navigation in other tabs while lazy load is on progress?

@FabioA35 I can see from the closed support incident that you are looking for a custom approach as what you are experiencing is expected behavior by Pega.
Busy indicators to inform users that something is going on in the background, for example, some data is being fetched from the back end and the user has to wait. As long as the busy indicator is shown, either all or a specific part of the UI is blocked, and no user interaction is possible. There are ways around that but it is not recommended by PEGA as this can cause slowness, crashes and errors.
You can wait for other forum users to perhaps provide you with more suggestions on working around your current design.
