User access to Agile Studio
We have consultant Harish Junju who is no longer providing services for the bank and we have not been able to remove access to Pega Agile Studio. We put it disable. Is there any way that it can be removed?
This is the message that appears when trying to remove it.
This operator has rules checked out.

@WilmarieR If you are using SSO/LDAP for login, it should take care of agile studio access for stale operators. removing operator records not required in this case.
If its via normal pega login, disabling operator record is an option which you already did. removing operator record not required in this case.
If you want to remove operator for sure, you can do one of the below options
- Option 1 - reset its password (security tab of operator record), login with this operator, discard the checkouts & then delete this operator
- Option 2 - find out the checked rule pzInsKey & delete these checked out rules from table & then delete the operator record

Change the Harish Junju user id password by logging into system using other admin access, then login with Harish Junju id and discard all rules which is there in his check-out.
After all the rules got discarded from Harish Junju id, then disable the operator profile. Disabling the operator profile should be enough for making user not accessing environment.
