URL get corrupted in Open URL in wondow

I have a set up fixed URL's (i.e. no parameters) I set into a property the form is as https://internal.server/viewpage.action?pageId=153872034#Individual(IFC-)-Oorzaak3:Setmelding.

When using alternate doman providing the property as value for alternate domain it is magled to https://internal.server/viewpage.action?pageId=153872034%23Individual(IFC-)-Oorzaak3%3ASetmelding. This of course causes the servor not to find the URL.

So the URL should be used literal, no parameters etc. How to get this working?

Based on what you have told me, you have only tried setting the StartPage property to the URL specified, is that correct? Have you tried using the Navigate method? Have you tried interrogating the address bar and passing in the literal text?
