Upload WSDL via URL not working
We are unable to upload WSDL via URL in Pega 7.2v. Following is the error message
"Unable to connect to <http://www.webservicex.com/globalweather.asmx??wsdl> in 15 seconds"
Could anybody let us know how to upload WSDL via URL?

The error means that you are unable to connect to the URL from PRPC. The URL does not seem to be fine. The one which works for me is http://www.webservicex.com/globalweather.asmx?wsdl

I tried using this http://www.webservicex.com/globalweather.asmx?wsdl but it doesn't seem to work still

It seems like you might have a network infrastructure issue.
Perhaps your organization's web traffic needs to go through an HTTP Proxy, and you did not configure your JVM to do that?
If you have access to the server where Pega is hosted, try using another application such as a web browser to load the same file. If it worked, check to see if the software was configured to use a Proxy.
