@JagadeeshbabuV you can use AttachContent control at attach file. The attached file will be saved to pyworkpage.pyAttachments pagelist. You can use ootb section pycaserelatedcontentitem section in another section to display this attachment in another section. This ootb section is the one which is displayed in the right side of your screen. You can use the same. 

@JagadeeshbabuV you can check the source of the particular table in the section. It will be D_AttachmentList. If you want to make some modifications to the section, you can saveas pycaserelatedcontentitem to your own rule name, and make modifications accordingly and then use it another section. It will have download and delete functionality button by default

If you want to attach file on click of button use pyAttachContent FlowAction at the action set OR  use AttachContent control.

To display the file attached you can use section pyCaseAttachments (this section have a menu to delete/ download the file) or  pycaserelatedcontentitem
