Upgrade for 3rd party Jars in Pega environment

Hi,

we need to upgrade 3rd party jars into our pega platform (8.7.4),  We already have old versioned jars in pr_engineclasses.  

Do we need to delete the old versioned jars and upload the new versioned jars?  or how to make sure the platform will use the latest versions jars?

Can you please help me to understand?

@RasheedS according to the Custom CodeSets documentation see below:

To upgrade 3rd party jars in Pega 8.7.4, you should first delete the old versioned jars from the pr_engineclasses table to avoid conflicts. Then, you can upload the new versioned jars. Pega Platform will automatically use the latest version of the jars once they are uploaded. It's recommended to test the changes in a lower environment before proceeding to higher environments
