Updating the existing Report scheduler instance and moving to higher environment but not getting updated one
Hi ,
We are sending the report through report scheduler on 20th day of every month and it is available in prod.
Now User requested to change the notification message configured in the report scheduler and wanted to send on 21th day of month. For this requirement, i have updated the "PX-ST-81" with notification message and scheduled it.
In higher environment, i moved "PX-ST-81" (Pega-ScheduleTask-Reporting class instance) and scheduler queue instance (System-Queue-ScheduledTask class instance). but i couldn't see the updated notification message and the date which i changed to schedule on 21th day in higher environment and still it has older notification message.
Kindly assist on this.

Did you make this change through the Schedule option in the Report Browser? Is it working as expected in the lower environment?
What version of Pega are you on?

I made this change by opening the "PX-ST-81" case directly and modified notification message and schedule date. It was working in lower environment.
But when i moved this case "PX-ST-81" instance and corresponding queue instance, it was not working in higher environment.

How did you move PX-ST-81 and the corresponding queue instance?
Is there a reason you don't want to just modify this through the scheduling interface in the report browser?

Hi RonLee,
It is working now. The reason it was not worked previously is while importing the jar in higher environment, it asks to select "Replace" checkbox to replace the old instance with new instance if the PX-ST- 81 case instance is already present in higher environment. but i didn't select the checkbox while importing the jar in higher environment before.
After selecting the checkbox, i could see the updated PX-ST-81 case in higher environment.
