I have scheduled a report on Development environment. How to move this report schedule to other environments?

One approach I have followed is including schedule task instance (PX-ST-12) in product file. But I think this is not correct way as:

• If other reports are scheduled on say Production environment by business users, then the case ID of schedule task instance might get conflicts as case ID sequence is different on different environments.
• Schedule did not run on environment this instance was migrated. On Schedule Tasks landing page (Reporting -> Components -> Schedule Tasks on Designer Studio) did not show 'Next schedule run' date.

Other approach I followed is manually creating schedule for report on each environment. This is working well but is this the correct approach to create schedules on Production environment?

Is there a better way to migrate schedule tasks from Development to Test to UAT to Production environments?
