Update Existing Applications Wizard after Post Upgrade

Hi,

Recently we have upgraded from version 06.02 SP2 to Pega 7.2.2. Do we need to run Update Existing Applications Wizard(Designer Studio >System > Release > Upgrade)?

Currently wizard shows the following informational message:

"PegaRULES Process Commander was upgraded from 06-02-25. Please run the Update Existing Applications utility to ensure that your existing Applications will work correctly"

Please find the attached Screenshot for the same.

Please suggest us whether we need to run this wizard? If yes, what would be the impact after running this wizard? Is it specific to only when we upgrade from Pega 7.x to Pega7.y
