Unified Messaging security Details

Where can we get the Unified Messaging security details Manager ID & Manager Key for the Unified Messaging Channel?

Manager Key and ID should be obtained through PEGA Support. But from April 26th 2021 this feature is merged with PEGA CS and wont be available as stand alone feature.

 All of our digital messaging capabilities are still available in our flagship edition: Pega Customer Service Digital Customer Engagement Edition.
