unable to upload file while click on select file in 8.2.7

HI ,

 

We are having  one issue with upload document functionality. While I upload individual document on click of “Select file(s)” button, document is not showing in upload document popup for the first time. But we have all the data on the page.  This issues in is after 8.2.7 upgrade. In IE browser  only.

There is no error the file is gettign uploaded to the work object but not see in the list. pega has provided the Hotfix to this issue
