Unable to report on unoptimised properties using a report definition in v6.3 sp 1
Hi All,
We are using PRPC v 6.3 sp1
I have added an unoptimised property into an existing report definition and when I run the report I get the error
** ** There was a problem getting a list: code: -440 SQLState: 42884 Message: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-440, SQLSTATE=42884, SQLERRMC=FUNCTION;PR_READ_FROM_STREAM, DRIVER=3.69.49
I believe we should be able to report on unoptimised properties based on PEGA documentation.

Can you please check the UDFs are installed in your database?
You can install UDFs if they are not installed by following the steps in here

If the property are unoptimised then in report defination it tries to read form Blob, so if udf are not installed if you run these query directly on the DB you will get no response or else you will get some rows. as with udf installation these function are installed.
select pr_read_from_stream('pzInsKey', 'pzInsKey',pzPVStream) as "StringValue",
pr_read_int_from_stream('pzRuleSetVersionMajor', 'pzInsKey',pzPVStream) as "IntegerValue",
pr_read_decimal_from_stream('pzRuleSetVersionMinor', 'pzInsKey', pzPVStream) as "DecimalValue"
from pr4_rule where rownum<5;
