unable to relaunch PRPC ...

I have installed 7.1.6 PE but my system went off suddenly because of power down,when i am trying to restart its taking to long and unable to open PRPC....how to solve this?

ok Rajiv will share with you but can you tell how what exactly we can find on log files I will try to find it. suggest me

when the system went down ,is there a chance that the server still running ? here the PRPC is installed in Personel computer .so that's why I am asking. May be you are saying in realtime(My Guess).

if I am wrong tell me how to identify that if server is running ,I will check and let you know.
