The support team reviewed the design you have implemented, and it is a highly customised version of our OOTB method of reporting. You have developed to a set of requirements and are re-using some AES SOAP services to implement your own remote MBean calls.
This falls outside of the scope of GCS remit as the OOTB functionality does not cause these types of errors.

Our Pega AES is installed in a different server. I am trying to use the connect soap available in PegaAESRemote ruleset (AES is not installed in this server)
