Unable to personalize table with auto save-filter option

Hi Everyone, I am trying to optimize the table in pega 8.4, its showing option correctly and also its working when I checked in the UI gallery but when I design for a application section or even try to add OOTB UX gallery section its not showing default view option nor allowing user to add personal view.

my section is under data-portal and attaching a screen shot for reference
