Hi Team,
While sending email i am getting this error |" Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-EmailAccount", pyAccountName = "Work-", pyAccountType = "Notify" "|.
Can anyone tell me why this error is coming.

Are you sending email from the context of a case? Have you configured an email account named after your class group? For example, if your classgroup name is ABC-App-Work, you need to create an email account with the name ABC-App-Work.
