Unable to open downloaded Pega 7.3 (115488_Pega7.3.zip)

Despite mutiple downloads Am still unable to open/install the Pega software 7.3 (115488_Pega7.3.zip) as it is throwing attached error.

"either multipart or corrupt ZIP archive"

Pls help.
