Unable to Log In to Constellation After Process Fabric Hub Registration

Hi

I registered the Constellation application with the Pega Process Fabric Hub, but I’m unable to log in to the Constellation application afterward. I am getting followed error screen. 

Error - There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator

Note: Both the Fabric Hub and the native application are hosted on the same server, Compatible versions of the application and components have been used.
