Unable to localize Service Case names despite language packs and localization import (json/excel)- Constellation

Hi, I am facing an issue: Service Case names such as “Change PIN” and “Replace a Card” remain in English, even though:

  • Language packs are properly installed.

  • Operator profile is set to the target locale (de_DE).

  • Localization JSON/Excel was exported, translated, and re-imported.

  • Cache has been cleared and users relogged.

Still, the Service Case labels are not rendered in the target language.

Is there an alternative way to translate Service Case names?
