Unable to launch prweb/prservlet for Pega 7.4

Hi,

I am trying to deploy Pega 7.4 .war on Jboss EAP 6 on client cloud network.

from JBOSS console all the file like prhelp, prsysmgmt and prweb. war looks deployed without any issue but whenever I am trying to launch the PRServlet i am getting below erro

JBWEB000065: HTTP Status 404 - /pweb/PRServlet

JBWEB000309: type JBWEB000067: Status report

JBWEB000068: message /pweb/PRServlet

JBWEB000069: description JBWEB000124: The requested resource is not available.

Hi Rajib,

Do you see any errors in the PegaRules Log or does it say the deployment is success? Also check if you are accessing the correct port.

After the server has been restarted, do you see contents in PegaTemp directory and if PegaRULES.log being created? If not, the application has not been deployed correctly.

Have a look at JBoss's server log file.
