Unable to Launch Pega Data Scientist Course

Hi team,

I am facing problem to launch the Pega Data Scientist Course. I have started preparing this and now it was not working since last Friday 1-Nov-19. Can you please look into this at the earliest.

error message on the screen:

Mon Nov 04 05:30:08 UTC 2019.
There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Status:fail
Operator:Unauthenticated or not available
Node:No ID available

Please perform the following in order:

-    Log out of current Pega Academy sessions
-    Close all active browser tabs/windows
-    Completely clear browser cache and cookies
-    Restart browser and retry access to the course again from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/online
-    If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again
