Unable to Launch NLP Sample Portal
Hi Team,
I am trying to explore more on NLP- Text Analytics within Pega. I am following the below link:
I am stuck on 4th step. I am not able to launch NLPSample portal. But I am able to launch Case worker, Manager portals. Can someone help with that?

Issue is solved after clean install of PE 8.3. Thanks for your time.

Hi, I followed the below steps in your link on my Pega 8.3 system. I could successfully launch NLP Sample Portal without any problem.
1. Import the NLPSample8.1.zip archive file.
2. Log in to Pega Platform by entering the following credentials:
User name – admin@nlpsample
Password – rules
3. In Dev Studio, open NLP Sample by clicking Launch web interface > NLP Sample.
Did you see any error in the log? Based on your screenshot, you had 'Unauthenticated or not available" operator id.

Hi Susan,
Thanks for your reply. I tried both on Chrome and Edge browsers. I also shared the Operator screenshot as well.
Can you share screenshot of Operator, browser used and rulesets within that?
Do I need to change in the Rulesets part?
