Unable to import the package

Hi All,

I had exported the package for Onboarding application on 28th Jan and today when I was trying to import this in my application(Exercise System for CSA) then it is not allowing me to import the zip file, please below error message:

Hi All,

I had exported the package for Onboarding application on 28th Jan and today when I was trying to import this in my application(Exercise System for CSA) then it is not allowing me to import the zip file, please below error message:

⇒ IMPORT CANNOT PROCEED DUE TO CONFLICTING RULE INSTANCES

Import of these rules/data instances is not allowed because of the following criterion:

  • A rule/data instance with its associated ruleset in shared context can't be imported to tenant context and vice versa.

The rules/data instances shown below have its associated ruleset present in different context:

Can anyone please help me how to resolve this or this package can't be imported at all?

Also if there any possibility of getting the exercise application restored as I have done lot of work on that and do not want to rework again?

Hello SukhdevSinghP,

Can you confirm that you are trying to import into a System Architect Essentials 7.2 environment? How did you create the package? I can provide you with a RAP that you can import to set your environment to a particular stage in the course. Please let me know at which point in the course you want it to be reset too?

Thanks Andrew for response.

Yes I am trying to import the package into System Architect Essentials 7.2 exercise environment available in PDN.

Will that be possible to provide RAP file till 'Designing Dynamic UI' exercise as I have had done coding till there and was about to start designing dynamic UI but then exercise system got cleared don't know how?

I exported the package by following below path: Designer Studio-->Application-->Distribution-->Package and followed the steps.

May I know the reason why am not able to import the same if that was exported successfully?
