Unable to import components in PEGA

I am trying install few components into PEGA. The components were downloaded from PEGA Exchange. After selecting a .zip file of components and installing it shows 'Incompatible File' Please refer screenshots. I'm using PEGA personal edition 7.3.1. Please help.

Check if your getting any errors/Exception in the logs which will help us investigate further on this .

Hi Prasad,

Thanks for posting on PSC.

Personal Edition is primarily intended for demo purposes and is not supported for use on releases earlier than the latest GA release.If I am not wrong, you Pega Exchange component couldn't be deployed on the Personal edition.

Though, share the PegaRULES log if there is any technical problem.

Also, contact your account executive(If you're associated with any Pega's partner) to confirm Pega Exchange component usage for personal edition.

Application Uploads

If you are a Provider who wishes to upload an Application to the Pega Exchange, you must have entered into a separate license agreement or technology partner agreement with Pegasystems.  Your rights and responsibilities for any Applications uploaded to the Pega Exchange will be governed by the terms and conditions of such separate agreement and not by these Pega Exchange Terms of Use.
